I have spent my professional career working in the vacation rental industry marketing rentals throughout the US, Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

I have worked alongside dozens of different property management companies, and know their business models. 

I am an experienced vacation rental sales agent, having worked directly with hundreds of clients. I have seen all the different travel scenarios and group dynamics and know what travelers look for in a vacation rental home. 

I have set up and managed dozens of listings on vacation rental websites such as Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, and FlipKey.

I am certified in Google Adwords, and have helped manage large-scale online advertising (SEM) campaigns specifically for vacation rental homes.
