How are photos delivered?
Photos are delivered for both print (300dpi) and listing directly to the web (72dpi).
Google Drive is the default delivery vehicle, but Microsoft OneDrive or WeTransfer can also be used, if you prefer.
What if I need to cancel the appointment?
In real estate, things change and that's OK. Please be nice and give at least 24 hours notice if you need to move the shoot.
What about bad weather the day of the shoot?
In these situations, we may shoot the inside, and save the outside for another day at no extra charge to you.
How are payments handled?
However is easiest for you - Paypal, Credit Card, or for regulars we can set up monthly debits after you receive an invoice. You can even pay with check if that's how you roll.
To be fair, please pay within 48 hours of receiving your photos - the same amount of time it takes for photos to be delivered. Of course, this does not apply to monthly debits.
